Title: Bravo Fleet HQ
URL: http://www.bravofleet.com
Description: This is the HQ for the Bravo Fleet RPG. The site is also a database for all things Trek and offers many things to the Trek webmaster.
Comments:
1) What an introduction, its like an actual intro to a Star Trek series. I know how had it is to get flash animation to look good. Being a large sim group, you would expect the fleet's homepage to be something special. Well, I think they got it right with this one.
2) A well designed LCARS interface, although you have a choice
to view the site normally, I would encourage using the Lcars option, its gives a better Trek feel to the site. A large information resource is available for all.
3) The lcars is cool, really interactive. One down side is I had a few peoblems viewing it under netscape. Nothing major, it qorks like a charm under Internet Explorer. This group has been around the net a long time. This site does it justice.

Title: Star Trek: Destiny
URL: http://www.ussdestiny.com/
Description: Star Trek: Destiny is the first site dedicated to the twenty-ninth century. With information like uniforms, rank pips, temporal technology and more, Star Trek: Destiny is a must see.
Comments:
1) The future has arrived. This sim is based in the 29th Centuary,
and its first one that I have come accross. Its quite an interesting
concept and one that has plenty of room for expansion. Now to the site itself. The pre-loading is a nice touch as the site does containsquite a few graphics. I liked the design, menus and color scheme, really eye-catching
2) The site has a good database containing everything you could
wish to know about the 29th centuary, even a details account
of have time-trael is achieved. It also has quite a detailed history of events from the 23rd century, all the way to the 29th. It also has a webring and a banner exchange program.
3) The menu system is quite interesting, using javascript to bring life to the site. I really enjoyed browsing the site, and one thing that I will take away from the experience, is a better knowledge of Star Trek in the 29th century.
